This tour does not operate in case of bad weather or if there is a local gondolier's strike.
The seat aboard the gondola will be assigned by the gondolier depending on the guest's weight.
This tour is not recommended for guests with walking difficulties or wheelchairs.
Please note: there is 1 singer and 1 musician aboard 1 gondola performing throughout the trip. There are not performers aboard each gondola. To permit all participants to listen to the serenade, the performers will board a gondola in the center of the row.
Directions for the meeting location:
If arriving by public vaporetto, take line #1 and get off at Santa Maria del Giglio stop. Once off, turn right and go straight to the end of the Calle and turn right into Campo Santa Maria del Giglio.Turn right again back to the waterfront and you will find the gondola landing stage.
If arriving by private watertaxi, ask the driver to take you to Santa Maria del Giglio landing stage. Once in Campo Santa Maria del Giglio, leave the church at your back and go straight till the waterfront till you find the landing stage.
Directions to restaurant: once off the gondola, go straight till you reach Santa Maria del Giglio Church and turn right in Calle De Le Ostreghe. Cross the bridge and proceed straight on for 100 meters.Take Calle Veste on your left, proceed straight on to a square with Fenice Theatre's entrance, keep walking and take the street in front of you, the restaurant will be on your right.
