After departing Inverness in the morning, participants will travel along the Great Glen Fault Line toward iconic Loch Ness. Following stops at the loch and Invermoriston, guests will continue through the Scottish Highlands to Eilean Donan Castle for an interior visit. From there, the tour continues up the east coast of the Isle of Skye, past the dramatic Cuillin Mountains to Sligachan. After a brief photo stop, guests will continue to Portree for lunch and exploration on their own before heading to the Trotternish Peninsula to visit such sites as the Old Man of Storr, Kilt Rock, and the Quiraing. Participants will then stop in Kyleakin for refreshments and the chance to wander the ruins of Castle Moil or cross the Skye Bridge to Eilean Ban. Return to Inverness in the evening.

IMPORTANT The Eilean Donan Castle has reduced opening hours between 1st October and 22nd December, which may affect some tours. The castle is fully closed from 22nd December 2023 until 1st February 2024. The castle will have reduced opening hours between 1st Feb 2024 - 24th March 2024 (open 10am until 3pm). It will also be closed due to weddings on the following dates: 14th, 22nd and 29th February 2024. During that time you will stop for photos of the exterior but the visitor centre and castle will be closed.. It is important to dress for the weather as a good deal of time is spent outdoors during this tour
Children under the age of 5 are not permitted on tours.
