Private Normandy D-Day Full Day Tour with Fully Licensed English Speaking Driver-Guide 7:00 AM Once in Normandy, we visit Arromanches and the remains of the artificial harbor, built by the Allied Forces in less than 15 days and watch a 360 degree movie that allows you to relive the feelings of the Allied soldiers in the first hours of D-Day. Then we will continue on to Longues sur Mer, the German coastal artillery battery that played a crucial role in the D-Day landings firing on the Allied ships.
After lunch in a typical Norman restaurant (not included in the price) we will visit the American Cemetery of Saint Laurent followed by a drive to Omaha Beach where so many young Americans lost their lives. The tour will end with a guided visit of Pointe du Hoc where Colonel James Rudder and his Rangers accomplished a memorable feat of arms on the cliffs on June 6th, 1944 before we return to Paris.

This tour is provided on a reserved basis prior to departure. Passengers must contact the local sightseeing company upon arrival to reconfirm their tour.
