The weather great, London fantastic, Paris, one day of sprinkles, but the timing of the showers didn't halt any planned activity. As to the Hotels, She was impressed, Both by the location of the hotels and the space. She said of the Paris Hotel, "That is the first hotel in Paris,that I have stayed at, with wide stair cases, and an elevator that would hold more than one and a half people. But, on this trip, we used a travel agent. That REALLY Makes a difference, huh...." My response: Yes! So, it was a Big Thank You to both of us. And that was from all members of the Group. After several failed attempts at working with other travel agents who either disappeared or were unable to work with student groups, I was reluctantly ready to plan the trip myself. However, we made one call to Europe Express, spoke with Kristen Lukson, and received better service than I could have hoped for. Every member of the staff provided exceptional service. Not only were they well-prepared to deal with the needs of a student group travelling internationally, they went above and beyond by offering guidance and suggestions to improve our trip. They took care of us before and after our departure, and I won't hesitate to call them the next time I plan an educational tour. Everything went like clockwork and our group thoroughly enjoyed all the tours, the buses and the guides. It was wonderful. The only thing that was a minor problem was that to get the hop on hop off bus passes, we had to take the underground to Victoria Station. It would have been better if we could have just picked it up near our hotel, but otherwise all worked out well. We loved the Holiday Inn Kensington Forum. Good location and lovely accommodations.
