Hi Colleen,
We just returned from our trip to the British Isles and I want to thank you so much again for all the arrangements you made for us. Everything went like clockwork and our group thoroughly enjoyed all the tours, the buses and the guides. It was wonderful. The only thing that was a minor problem was that to get the hop on hop off bus passes, we had to take the underground to Victoria Station. It would have been better if we could have just picked it up near our hotel, but otherwise all worked out well. We loved the Holiday Inn Kensington Forum. Good location and lovely accommodations. Good breakfast and good restaurant and tavern in the hotel. Thanks again!

Thank you very much for all the help you gave me regarding my group, Access France. All of the vouchers, passes, and tickets were a big help. I also want to let you know how wonderful Samira in Paris, and Annika in Nice, were. In Nice, my wallet was lost on the train but Annika went back with me to the train station to see if we could locate it. Unfortunately, the train was gone, but I was able to cancel all credit cards right away. But I appreciate greatly the fact that Annika helped me as much as she could. I just wanted to let you know from my end what a fabulous job you did in so quickly and efficiently reorganizing the pick ups for the group after their flight was cancelled. I escorted the motorcoach group to Chicago and was able to make announcements to them about the pick up changes, and everyone was calm and happy by the great organization.
