Ride from Sorrento to Pompeii. On the 2-hour guided tour of the site you can explore the main features including the baths, bakeries and theaters. The usual morning visit to Pompeii may be changed to the afternoon during high season. After lunch in Pompeii (not included) we will continue to Mount Vesuvius. The coach will drop passengers at approximately 1100 yards. You may walk the rest of the way on your own after you purchase your entrance ticket. Walking sticks are available for a fee to help you walk up to the crater before you return to the bus in the car park.

This tour is provided on a reserved basis prior to departure. Passengers must contact the local sightseeing company upon arrival to reconfirm their tour.

Important: Not suitable for wheelchairs or reduced mobility guests. Handbags, backpacks and cases larger than 11.5 x 11.5 x 5.75 inches are not allowed inside the Pompeii excavations.
