Small Group: Roaming the Ring of Kerry: Portmagee & Skellig Ring
Embark on a breathtaking journey along the Ring of Kerry, Ireland’s iconic coastal route, starting from Killarney. With plenty of stops along the way, you'll capture incredible views of the rugged landscape. The first stop takes you to the Cahergall Stone Forts, dating back to 600 AD. Explore these ancient ruins and imagine their medieval past.
Next, we’ll visit Portmagee, a charming fishing village where you can explore or grab a bite to eat. Then, it’s time to drive the Skellig Ring, an 18 km stretch of road often overlooked by larger tours. Experience raw, unspoiled beauty, with views of St. Finian’s Bay and perhaps a stop at the Skellig Chocolate Factory.
We’ll continue with a visit to the impressive Torc Waterfall, cascading from the Devil's Punchbowl Lake. Marvel at its beauty and hear the local legends. After a full day of exploring, we’ll return to Killarney with unforgettable memories of the wild Irish landscapes.
