Based in Philadelphia, Amanda has been in the travel industry for nearly 10 years, starting off as a Travel Advisor and then working with FIT and Guided tour suppliers in support of Travel Advisors in the northeast. She is passionate about travel with her goal being to visit every continent, and to-date, has three more to go! Amanda is also a Miami Dolphins and Syracuse Basketball fan, enjoys trying new recipes in the kitchen and experiencing new local restaurants!

Favorite European vacation destinations: Belfast, Northern Ireland and Budapest, Hungary

Otniel launched his career in the travel industry in Central Florida, where an early love of travel and theme parks shaped his professional path. With more than 20 years of experience across guest services, VIP sales, group vacations, and travel industry sales, he brings a well-rounded perspective and a passion for building strong Travel Advisor relationships. Otniel is dedicated to helping advisors grow their business while delivering unforgettable travel experiences. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, beach time, thrill-seeking adventures, and spending time with his husband and two dogs.

Kelli is the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development with Europe Express. Kelli has spent over 10 years driving growth for luxury hospitality and travel brands. Known for blending creative storytelling with data-driven insights, Kelli has a reputation for turning bold ideas into measurable results. Kelli is based in Kansas and values new experiences, especially with her family.

Favorite European vacation destinations: London and San Sebastian, Spain

Mark’s passion for international travel began during his post-college adventures across Europe. While there, he developed a love for connecting with locals and travelers while interacting with a variety of new cultures. He has more than 25 years of sales and partnership experience, working for a variety of experiential DMCs and tour operators including AmeriCan Adventures, Contiki, Adventure Tours Australia, Travel Indochina, Insider Journeys, Trafalgar, and Brendan Vacations. He also spent four years living and working in the UK. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, skiing, and going to the park with his wife and daughter.

Shannon’s love for travel led her to begin her career as an independent Travel Advisor, where she spent years designing memorable journeys for discerning travelers. That firsthand experience inspired her move to the supplier side, where she helped launch Elevated by Europe Express and now leads its growth as Strategic Account Manager, Luxury. Outside of work, Shannon enjoys gathering with friends and family over great food and wine, discovering new restaurants, and taking in South Florida’s live music scene.
