• Already registered but need to update the email address and/or your associated agency? Reach out to our Customer Experience team by email and we’ll take care of it.
• Need to change your phone number or name? Login and navigate to ‘My Account ‘ – ‘Contact Information.’
• Franchisees or hosted advisors—enter your personal mailing address (not your host agency’s), so we can connect you with your local Business Development Manager.
• Ensure your agency is already setup in our system prior to entering your information.
