Small Group: Pasta Making Cooking Class with Gelato- Evening 6:30PM
Roll up your sleeves and experience the art of Italian pasta making in this hands-on culinary workshop. Guided by a professional chef, prepare three varieties of fresh pasta entirely from scratch, using the same simple, authentic ingredients cherished in Italian kitchens for generations.
Learn how to knead, roll, and shape the dough, then pair each pasta with seasonal sauces inspired by Tuscan traditions. Along the way, the chef shares tips, techniques, and personal stories that connect the dishes to the culture of Italy, making the class as engaging as it is educational.
The experience concludes at the table, where the group enjoys the pasta dishes they’ve created, served with a glass of Tuscan wine. To finish on a sweet note, a homemade gelato or artisanal sorbet provides a refreshing taste of Italy’s beloved desserts.
