The admission for this tour is to be followed in the correct order of 1 London Dungeons and 2. London Eye. It is not allowed to switch order or you will be denied entrance to the attraction.

London Dungeon: We do not recommend the attraction for anyone under 12 years; children under 5 will not be admitted

Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket. Please be aware that you won't be admitted before this time. 
Tours last approximately 90 minutes excluding any additional queuing times. The time on your ticket is the time you are allowed to enter the building and queue. Queue times differ depending on attendance levels and can vary from 10-30 minutes.

Pregnant people are welcome at The London Dungeon but please be aware this is a mostly standing or walking experience with little chance to sit down. Also note that for your own health, The Drop Dead Drop ride are not suitable for pregnant people. Members of staff will be happy to show you alternative routes.

All guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
