After a comfortable transfer from their central hotel, travelers meet an expert in-house guide and begin exploring the grand State Apartments in peaceful, crowd-free surroundings. Guests are required to meet their in-house guide at Kensington Palace, no later than 8.55am so we recommend a collection from their London Hotel at least 30 minutes before, depending on their exact location
