Shared: A Full-Day Cliffs of Moher and Burren Tour from Galway
Set off from Galway on an unforgettable 8-hour journey along the iconic Wild Atlantic Way. Travel through the ethereal Burren’s lunar limestone landscape, where your expert guide shares tales of Irish folklore and geology.
First stop: the photogenic Dunguaire Castle on the shores of Galway Bay—a perfect backdrop for memorable snapshots. Journey on to Aillwee Cave, where you can explore ancient underground caverns and cascading frozen waterfalls (optional extra) while enjoying refreshments at the on-site café.
The highlight: a 90-minute visit to the majestic Cliffs of Moher. Stand atop 700-foot cliffs that stretch 8 km along the Atlantic and gaze at seabirds—puffins, razorbills—soaring overhead.
