On this tour, guests will spend an enchanting day at the Oxfordshire Cotswold with its rolling hills, elegant country homes, and quaint market towns. They will visit Blenheim Palace, the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill, and film locations of the hit BBC period drama, 'Downton Abbey'. In the morning, guests will reach Victoria Coach Station to board their tour bus. They will travel to the charming village of Bampton, known to fans as 'Downton Village'. There, guests will see film sites like the home of Isobel Crawley, Downton hospital, and the fictional village pubs. Later, they will visit a quintessential Cotswold village by a river to enjoy traditional afternoon tea and explore the rural neighborhood. Guests will also explore Blenheim Palace and its expansive grounds and gardens, the family home of Sir Winston Churchill. Guests can admire the historic displays in the State Rooms, and walk in the parkland. Christmas time at the Palace is an especially festive affair.

Guests are advised to reach the meeting point 30 minutes before the tour start time; gates close 2 minutes prior to departure.
There are no toilets on the coach; and no hot food or hot beverages are allowed onboard. cold drinks & odorless food are allowed.
This tour does not cover Highclere Castle from the “Downton Abbey” series.
