Just an hour from Vienna, this full day experience introduces travelers to the charm of Bratislava’s historic center. The journey begins in the Old Town, where an expert guide leads a leisurely walk to the elegant Plague Column, an 18th century monument honoring the city’s resilience. From here, the route continues through pedestrian streets lined with cafés and boutiques, offering a glimpse into everyday life. Highlights include Michael’s Gate, the last remaining medieval entrance to the city; the stately National Theater; and the Old Town Hall, known for its centuries of civic history. Travelers will also pause at the Maximilian Fountain before arriving at St. Martin’s Cathedral, the coronation site of Hungarian royalty. After the guided portion, there is free time to enjoy Bratislava independently, whether exploring shops, sampling local cuisine, or relaxing in a nearby square. Return from Bratislava to Vienna will depart at 4:30 PM during the winter season, and 6:30PM during the summer season. You will get the exact time from your guide on the scene. 
– Do not forget to carry a passport with you on this tour!!! Due to unpredictable events such as high or low water or delays during locks or bridges, a program and / or route change may become necessary.
