Shared Tour: Cooking Classes - Paella
Immerse in Spain’s most iconic flavors during this shared four-hour cooking experience in central Madrid. An official guide meets participants at their centrally located hotel and leads a short introductory walk through nearby streets, sharing insight into how the capital blends culinary traditions from across the country. The experience then moves to a modern, fully equipped kitchen designed for hands-on learning.
Under the direction of a professional chef, guests prepare an authentic paella from scratch. Options include seafood, meat, or vegetable paella, with vegetarian requests accommodated in advance. The class also features two classic tapas that highlight regional ingredients and techniques, followed by a traditional Spanish dessert to complete the menu.
Throughout the session, the chef explains the history and cultural significance behind each dish, offering practical tips to recreate them at home. No prior cooking experience is required. The experience concludes with time to enjoy the freshly prepared meal together.
