Small Group: Bilbao Txakoli Wine Tour
This immersive tour invites to explore the origins of Txakoli, the signature white wine of the Basque Country. Begin at the Txakoli Museum in Bakio, where they learn about the region’s wine-growing heritage and the importance of the native Hondarrabi Zuri grape. The tour continues at a traditional txakolindegi (txakoli house), where travelers discover every step of the winemaking process,from harvest to bottling. Enjoy a tasting of various Txakoli wines, each paired with regional snacks sourced from the nearby Cantabrian Sea.
