The adventure begins in the small village of Los Pedrones, where three brothers run an authentic goat cheese factory. Their cheeses are aged in natural caves that ensure ideal conditions and unique flavors. Guests learn the craft in a hands-on workshop, explore the caves, and enjoy a guided tasting of eight distinctive cheeses paired with unlimited drinks.

The journey continues at Vera de Estenas Winery, a family estate surrounded by vineyards and centered around a picturesque farmhouse. Here, Edu, the winemaker, shares his passion for the land and guides visitors through the vines and cellar. The visit concludes with a tasting of three expressive wines, paired with local sausages, creating a perfect harmony of flavors from this timeless landscape.
