Small Group: Half Day Morning Wonders of Istanbul
Explore the essence of Istanbul’s Old City on this half-day guided tour through its most storied landmarks. The journey begins at Hagia Sophia, where golden mosaics and vast domes reveal more than fifteen centuries of architectural and spiritual history. Nearby, the Blue Mosque captivates with its graceful minarets and striking Iznik tilework that shimmers in natural light. A walk through the ancient Hippodrome offers a glimpse into the grandeur of Byzantine Constantinople, with monuments such as the Egyptian Obelisk and Serpent Column still standing as echoes of imperial ceremonies. Throughout the tour, a knowledgeable guide provides insight into how faith, culture, and empire shaped the city’s remarkable character. Compact yet deeply enriching, this experience captures the heart of Istanbul’s historic peninsula and its enduring blend of artistic and religious heritage.
