The journey begins among the remarkable ruins of the Roman Forum, once the heart of Rome’s political, religious, and commercial life. Participants walk past monumental landmarks including the Arch of Titus and the Temple of Saturn while learning how emperors, senators, and citizens shaped the empire’s history. From nearby Palatine Hill, sweeping views extend across the Forum and toward the Circus Maximus, offering a glimpse into the grandeur of ancient Rome.
The experience culminates inside the Colosseum. Entering through the Gladiator’s Gate, guests step onto the Arena Floor itself, where fierce contests once entertained more than 50,000 spectators. Standing at the center of the arena, they gain a deeper appreciation for the architecture, engineering, and enduring legacy of Rome’s most iconic monument.

Large bags are not permitted. All visitors must pass through a security check which involves a bag search. For everyone's safety, all bags, rucksacks, packages and personal items may be searched before entry. There is always a compulsory security check which may cause some delays in entering the Colosseum.
The visit will take place in an archaeological area with very steep uneven inclines leading. Agility and surefootedness are particularly essential.
