Discover the beauty of western Norway with a scenic fjord cruise and guided mountain hike. Begin with a boat journey from Bergen, sailing through dramatic fjord landscapes and the narrow Mostraumen straits. This picturesque route offers close-up views of waterfalls, steep cliffs, and peaceful waters on the way to the village of Modalen.

In Modalen, meet an experienced mountain guide and begin the hike to The Castle—a striking cliff formation that rises 200 meters above the Mofjord. Often compared to a smaller version of Preikestolen, this viewpoint rewards hikers with panoramic views of the surrounding fjord and mountain scenery. The hike takes about one hour each way and includes moderately challenging terrain.

After time to enjoy the views and take photos at the summit, return to the base and board the boat for a relaxing cruise back to Bergen.
