Private: Spanish Cooking Class and Market Tour with Tastings - 10:30AM
Learn about locally grown products and how to choose the freshest ingredients before heading to the kitchen inside Triana Food Market. Then it’s time to cook! A professional chef takes you step-by-step in making some Spanish favorites which may include gazpacho or ajoblanco as an appetizer, spinach with chickpeas or codfish fritters as an entrée, Paella Valenciana, and a light dessert. Sangria and olives are served throughout this immersive experience and the full dinner is served upon completion to enjoy.

Current Cooking Menu:
Salmorejo. Alternatively, we could cook Gazpacho.
Spinach with Chickpeas. Alternatively, we could cook Flamenco Eggs or Cod Fritters or Garlic Prawns.
Paella Valenciana (made with chicken and seasonal vegetables). We prepare a separate vegetable paella if there is a vegetarian in the group.
Light dessert like lemon sorbet with cava.
Sangria is made and served during cooking time and up to 2 drinks per person (wine, beer, soda, etc.) are offered with the meal.
