Small Group: Prado Museum, Royal Palace & Historic Center
Madrid’s artistic legacy, royal grandeur, and lively historic quarters come together seamlessly during this carefully paced half-day exploration of the Spanish capital. The experience begins with priority access to the Prado Museum, where centuries of European art unfold through masterpieces by Velázquez, Goya, El Greco, and other influential artists. Insightful commentary brings the stories behind the paintings to life, revealing how art and power shaped Spain’s identity.
Leaving the galleries behind, the atmosphere shifts to the city’s historic heart. A walk through medieval streets introduces iconic spaces such as Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol, where layers of history blend with modern city life. The journey concludes at the Royal Palace, whose lavish interiors reflect centuries of monarchy and tradition. From ceremonial halls to richly decorated chambers, the palace offers a striking finale to the day. With logistics handled and group size kept intimate, the experience allows for deeper understanding, relaxed pacing, and meaningful connection to Madrid’s culture and history.
