Additional Information
Guest Requirements and Preferences
Please advise of any food intolerances, allergies or special dietary requirements.
Clients may also indicate a preference for double or twin bed configuration. While such preferences cannot be guaranteed, as is standard for cruise operators, the cruise operator will always try to accommodate them whenever possible. Preferences must be stated at the time of booking.
Route and Itinerary Changes
As is standard for cruise operators, the cruise operator and the captain reserve the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary, port of call, route, or order of the visits due to weather conditions, port congestions, safety concerns, operational reasons, or capacity constraints. Such changes do not entitle passengers to refunds or compensation, provided the essential services of the cruise are still delivered. Given that, the order of visits may be different than what is published in case ports are overly crowded and to give the customer a better experience overall.
Ship Substitution
The cruise operator reserves the right to substitute the vessel with another of the same or higher category without prior notice. If the replacement vessel is of a lower category, the price difference will be refunded.
Cancellation by the Operator
As is standard for cruise operators, in the unlikely event that the cruise is cancelled and no suitable replacement vessel or alternative accommodation can be provided, the cruise operator’s liability is limited to a full refund of the amount paid for the cruise. No further compensation (e.g., flights, hotels, loss of enjoyment) will be provided.
Safety and Captain’s Authority
Passengers must comply with all ship rules and the captain’s instructions at all times. As is standard for cruise operators, the captain has full authority to modify routes, deny embarkation, or request passengers to disembark in cases of safety concerns or inappropriate behavior.
This product is subject to its specific operating and cancellation conditions, which replace any conflicting provisions of our general Terms & Conditions.
All cruise departures are guaranteed; however, supplier reserves the right to cancel a departure if minimum capacity is not met and to change the vessel if the need arises.
Ship rules and onboard policy
Passengers are obliged to follow the ship's rules (found in written form on the ship), especially concerning bringing food and drinks on board. Passengers are not permitted to bring food and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) aboard. This includes any drinks and food purchased on shore in ports of call. The only exceptions are personal care products, medicine, food products specifically for infants and food products for special diets. Typical regional products purchased during port visits will be stored onboard and returned to passengers at the end of the cruise.
We highly recommend taking INSURANCE AGAINST CANCELLATION OF RESERVED SERVICES!
DISCLAIMER: Due to specific mooring conditions and requirements in some Croatian ports, the vessels are sometimes moored side by side, making it necessary for the passenger to cross from one vessel to another with gaps in between them to get to the shore. In such cases, clients must take special care when crossing and do this at their own risk. Crew assistance will be given to those needing and requesting it. The cruise is not recommended for clients in wheelchairs or with limited mobility.
