Europe Express Appoints Fernanda Vilanova as Concierge Manager for Elevated Journeys, their Luxury Travel Style

In this role, Vilanova oversees the delivery of highly personalized, concierge-level experiences, partnering with Travel Advisors and on-the-ground teams to design seamless, fully customized itineraries for clients.

Vilanova brings more than eight years of luxury hospitality experience, most recently from The Ritz-Carlton, Barcelona, a five-star Grand Luxury property, where she built her career within the Rooms Division. During her eight-year tenure, she held leadership roles for five years and gained experience across reception, Club Lounge, concierge, penthouses, pool, and housekeeping.

Her work with high-end clientele, particularly within the Club Lounge and Penthouses, has shaped her expertise in anticipating guest needs, delivering thoughtful service, and executing end-to-end experiences with a high level of detail.

Since joining Europe Express, Vilanova has played a key role in supporting the company’s luxury offering, working closely with advisors and clients through a personalized discovery process, coordinating custom itineraries, and ensuring seamless in-destination support from arrival through departure.

In her role, she helps oversee every stage of the journey, from initial planning and three-way consultations with Advisors and their clients to arranging private tours, luxury accommodations, and real-time concierge support while travelers are on the ground.
