On this day tour, guests will visit Mount Vesuvius and enjoy lunch and wine tastings at a local vineyard. In the morning, they will make their way to the tour starting point to board their tour vehicle. They will drive up from Sorrento to the Vesuvius National Park, taking in dramatic views of the Gulf of Naples along the way. At the park, participants will take a guided tour to the crater of Mount Vesuvius, mainland Europe’s only active volcano. This will be followed by a visit to a traditional vineyard, and a tour of the terraced vineyard in the shadows of Mount Vesuvius, with views looking out to the Tyrrhenian Sea. Next, guests will learn about the wine making process, before sitting down to a traditional lunch with a wine tasting session. Dinner will comprise of fresh seafood, spaghettis, and risottos in Neapolitan sauces and herbs, paired with the winery’s portfolio of whites, reds and rosés. Afterwards, they will drive back to Sorrento.
