The experience opens with a guided extra virgin olive oil tasting straight from the source, a rich, sensory introduction to the island's agricultural soul. Guests then roll up their sleeves for a hands-on cooking class, mastering two Sicilian staples: hand-rolled macaroni crafted using the centuries-old ferretto technique and classic cannoli, from shaping the crisp shells to whipping up the fresh ricotta filling from scratch. The session culminates in a relaxed, family-style lunch of Maccheroni alla Norma and cannoli with sweet ricotta, paired with Etna wine. This is Sicilian hospitality at its most authentic.
