Small Group: Florence Wine Windows and Hidden Gems Tour
Step into a quieter side of Florence on an evening walk through the historic Oltrarno. This guided tour reveals hidden corners, local legends, and enduring traditions beyond the city’s busiest sights.
The experience begins in central Florence at the Loggia del Porcellino, where travelers can admire the famous bronze boar and hear the story behind this beloved symbol. The route continues along Via delle Terme to Piazza del Limbo, one of Florence’s oldest squares, for a tasting of a traditional Tuscan specialty.
Following the exterior path of the Vasari Corridor, guests learn about Medici intrigue before crossing Ponte Vecchio, the city’s iconic bridge of goldsmiths. In the Oltrarno, restored wine windows offer a glimpse into Florence’s past and a memorable photo opportunity.
The walk continues past Palazzo Pitti to Piazza Santo Spirito, where artisan shops, traditional trattorias, and a glass of Tuscan wine capture the neighborhood’s authentic spirit.
