Private Tour: 7 hours Lauterbrunnen - The Valley of 72 Waterfalls Tour
Lauterbrunnen Valley showcases some of Switzerland’s most unforgettable mountain scenery, and this private experience pairs its natural highlights with a rewarding mix of walking and scenic rail travel. Over approximately 7 hours, guests travel from Interlaken into a landscape defined by sheer cliffs, Alpine meadows, and the valley’s famous waterfalls. The journey begins with a first look at Staubbachfall, whose dramatic drop sets the tone for the day, before continuing to the Trümmelbach Falls, where glacier-fed water rushes through a narrow mountain gorge with impressive force. A bus and cable car ride then leads to Mürren, a car-free village perched high above the valley, with sweeping views of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. After lunch, the return route combines a scenic trail and a nostalgic mountain train journey, creating a beautifully paced day of panoramic views, fresh air, and memorable Swiss landscapes.
