As the offspring of a pilot and a flight attendant, Chad’s love for travel was instilled early in his childhood. His first trip to Europe was on a Mediterranean cruise, which later inspired him to study abroad in London. After graduating, Chad jumped directly into the travel industry as a Business Development Manager for Sandals and Beaches Resorts in the Southeast. Outside of work, Chad enjoys going to the beach and taking weekend trips with his friends.

Favorite European vacation destinations: Amsterdam and Interlaken, Switzerland

Matt launched his career in the travel industry as a Cruise Director for the American Queen Steamboat Company. With experience in onboard sales, hotel management, and business development, Matt acquired an impressive skill set and a passion for travel that he looks forward to sharing with travel advisors. Possessing a strong background in entertainment that includes a stint on Broadway and his own production company, Matt spends his downtime with his wife enjoying the local Austin, TX music scene both as a performer and spectator.

Favorite European vacation destinations: Salzburg, Austria and London, England

Based in Philadelphia, Amanda has been in the travel industry for nearly 10 years, starting off as a Travel Advisor and then working with FIT and Guided tour suppliers in support of Travel Advisors in the northeast. She is passionate about travel with her goal being to visit every continent, and to-date, has three more to go! Amanda is also a Miami Dolphins and Syracuse Basketball fan, enjoys trying new recipes in the kitchen and experiencing new local restaurants!

Mark’s passion for international travel began during his post-college adventures across Europe. While there, he developed a love for connecting with locals and travelers while interacting with a variety of new cultures. He has more than 25 years of sales and partnership experience, working for a variety of experiential DMCs and tour operators including AmeriCan Adventures, Contiki, Adventure Tours Australia, Travel Indochina, Insider Journeys, Trafalgar, and Brendan Vacations. He also spent four years living and working in the UK. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, skiing, and going to the park with his wife and daughter.

Liz launched her career in the travel industry following a backpacking journey through Europe that sparked a lasting passion for experiential travel. With experience spanning the airline and cruise industries, including ocean and river cruising, she has built a strong foundation in business development and Travel Advisor partnerships. Liz looks forward to supporting advisors in creating meaningful, customized European experiences for their clients. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, along with reading, film, yoga, and biblical studies.

Otniel launched his career in the travel industry in Central Florida, where an early love of travel and theme parks shaped his professional path. With more than 20 years of experience across guest services, VIP sales, group vacations, and travel industry sales, he brings a well-rounded perspective and a passion for building strong Travel Advisor relationships. Otniel is dedicated to helping advisors grow their business while delivering unforgettable travel experiences. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, beach time, thrill-seeking adventures, and spending time with his husband and two dogs.
