In this course, you will learn to cook a typical Tuscan meal, starting off by choosing the best ingredients in season. Under the expert guidance of a multilingual chef, you will visit the historic San Lorenzo central market, where you will select the ingredients that you will then use to prepare a four-course meal (starter, first course, second course and dessert) in a top class cooking school. The course will be followed by lunch eating the dishes you have prepared, accompanied by a good Tuscan wine and a fun and friendly atmosphere.

This tour is provided on a reserved basis prior to departure. Passengers must contact the local sightseeing company upon arrival to reconfirm their tour.

Piazza San Lorenzo (San Lorenzo Square), at the Statue located in the center of the square. Our chefs will be waiting for you wearing an orange identification badge with the “Chefactory” logo, making them easy to recognize.
