Shared Tour: The Islands Murano, Burano, Torcello with Fish Lunch in Burano
Island traditions and lagoon landscapes come together on this guided boat excursion to Murano, Burano, and Torcello. Traveling across the Venetian Lagoon, participants first arrive in Murano, renowned worldwide for its glassmaking heritage. A live glass-blowing demonstration offers insight into the techniques that have defined the island’s artisans for centuries.
The journey continues to colorful Burano, famous for its vibrant houses and long-standing fishing culture. Time is set aside to explore the island independently, stroll along canals, and enjoy a typical fish lunch at a selected local restaurant. The final stop is Torcello, one of the lagoon’s oldest settlements, where a quieter atmosphere reveals Venice’s early history. Guests can visit the historic cathedral and take in the peaceful surroundings before returning by boat.
