Step into an authentic Italian kitchen and discover the art of fresh pasta during this hands-on cooking experience led by professional chefs. Designed for all skill levels, the class introduces participants to the techniques and traditions behind one of Italy’s most beloved dishes.

Working with simple, high-quality ingredients, participants prepare three different types of pasta entirely from scratch. Under expert guidance, they learn how to knead, shape, and cut fresh dough while exploring the regional traditions that define Italian pasta making. Each dish is paired with seasonal sauces inspired by local flavors and culinary heritage.

After the cooking is complete, the group gathers around the table to enjoy the meal they have prepared together. The tasting is accompanied by Tuscan wine and concludes with a gelato or sorbetto tasting.

Blending culinary instruction, regional flavors, and convivial dining, this experience offers a memorable introduction to Italy’s rich food culture.
