Private Tour: Cooking Experience: The Tagliatelle Journey - Morning
Step into the heart of Bolognese culinary tradition on this private, hands-on cooking experience inspired by a classic Sunday meal. More than a typical class, this immersive session invites guests to cook, share stories, and connect over the region’s most cherished recipes.
Guided by a local expert, participants prepare fresh pasta from scratch, working with both traditional yellow egg dough and green spinach dough. They learn how to roll and cut tagliatelle using time-honored techniques, while also preparing rich ragù and friggione, a slow-cooked onion and tomato specialty. The experience highlights the care and craftsmanship behind Emilia-Romagna’s renowned cuisine.
To finish, guests create sweet fried tagliatelle, offering a unique and memorable twist on a classic ingredient. The session begins with a welcome toast and concludes with a relaxed, family-style meal featuring all the dishes prepared together.
