Led by a knowledgeable host, participants sample a selection of regional wines, including two local white varietals and a red wine that reflects the character of the surrounding terraced vineyards. Alongside the tastings, a selection of Ligurian specialties is served, featuring fresh bread, focaccia, local cheeses, and extra virgin olive oil.
