Together, they share a passion for Spanish cuisine, blending regional traditions with warm hospitality in an intimate, private-group setting.
The experience takes place in their relaxed home, where participants gain insight into Spanish culture through food and conversation. Depending on the selected option, the group may enjoy a home-cooked meal or take part in a hands-on cooking session focused on traditional dishes inspired by central and southern Spain. Recipes reflect seasonal ingredients and regional specialties, from comforting stews to classic rice dishes and desserts.
Throughout the experience, Annette shares stories of her journey to Seville and her connection to flamenco culture, while Jose offers insight into his culinary roots. Blending food, culture, and personal storytelling, this experience offers a genuine taste of life in Seville.

The host typically serves dishes of the Castille and León region of Spain, during the colder months, and lighter meals during summer. If you select optional alcohol at an additional cost of $8 per person, the host will serve 1-2 glasses of local wine per person.
