Perched 643 meters above sea level, Ulriken is the highest of Bergen's seven mountains, and reaching its summit is half the adventure. A spacious gondola car carries travelers skyward, delivering sweeping panoramas of the city, the surrounding mountains, and the shimmering fjords below. Once at the top, a reserved table at the summit restaurant sets the stage for a memorable Norwegian lunch experience. The fixed Ulriken Platter brings together the bold flavors of the Norwegian coast: creamy fish soup, crispy potato lompe topped with smoked salmon and egg, Norwegian beef taco, and a svele, a traditional mini pancake served with jam and sour cream. The meal comes with bread, whipped butter, and a tasting of locally brewed craft beverages. After lunch, travelers are free to roam the rocky summit at their own pace, taking in unobstructed views of Bergen, the fjords, and the mountain peaks stretching into the distance.

The gondola ticket has an open return, allowing you to return after your meal when preferred.
The Ulriken Lunch Platter is a fixed menu including creamy fish soup, crispy potato lompe with egg and smoked salmon, Norwegian beef taco, and svele with jam and sour cream. Bread and whipped butter are also included.
The meal includes a tasting of three small local brews. A selection of three local non-alcoholic drinks is available as an alternative.
Children will be served local juice.
