Along the way, they’ll enjoy tastings of authentic specialties and learn how to select the perfect ingredients.

At the cooking school, roll up the sleeves to prepare two Italian classics. From making fresh pasta sheets to layering lasagna with slow-cooked ragù and creamy béchamel, each step reflects the flavors of Tuscany. The class continues with a lesson on crafting tiramisu, revealing tips to perfect its rich layers.

Afterward, the group gathers for a leisurely meal of their creations, paired with Tuscan wines and a sweet dessert wine. Each guest receives a digital recipe booklet, ensuring the flavors of Florence can be recreated back home.
