In the morning, the tour begins at the bustling Central Market with a tasting of homemade Valencian vermouth paired with classic gildas and crispy papas. Children can enjoy fresh homemade lemonade. From there, continue to neighborhood bars for two more tapas, each served with a drink.
In the afternoon, when the market is closed, the focus shifts entirely to three carefully selected bars, all chosen for their quality and genuine character. At each stop, sample a tapa alongside a paired beverage while hearing stories of Valencian gastronomy.
