We suggest to wear comfortable shoes; access to the Churches is allowed only if equipped with suitable clothing: is forbidden entry with shorts, bare shoulders, sandals, hats and sunglasses.
Security personnel at the metal detector are to confiscate any bottled or canned beverages; drinking is not permitted in the exhibition rooms.

All participants are required to present a valid identity document (passport or national identity card) to access the museum. If the document does not match the given name or is not valid, entry will be denied by museum staff and no refund will be possible.
The full name of every participant must be provided at the time of booking, and must exactly match the identity document presented at the museum entrance. This requirement applies to each customer, not only to the group leader. If full names are not provided, the service will not be confirmed.
