Historic castles, dramatic coastline, and sacred landmarks shape this full-day journey from London through Kent and back along the Thames. Traveling by luxury air-conditioned coach, participants begin at Leeds Castle, with priority access, once home to six medieval queens and later favored by Henry VIII. Set on islands within a tranquil lake, the castle invites exploration of its chapel, galleries, and grand halls, along with time to stroll the landscaped grounds.

The route continues to the White Cliffs of Dover, where sweeping coastal views stretch across the English Channel on clear days. In Canterbury, a guided visit highlights the cathedral, site of Thomas Becket’s martyrdom and a major medieval pilgrimage destination.
