Passport to Perks: One Year of Rewarding Travel Advisors

Celebrating one year of turning bookings into real rewards

Passport to Perks: One Year of Rewarding Travel Advisors

One year ago, Europe Express launched Passport to Perks, a rewards program designed exclusively for Travel Advisors. The goal was simple: recognize your hard work and create meaningful incentives for every departed booking.

Today, we’re proud to celebrate the program’s first anniversary—and the results speak for themselves.

We’re also honored to share that Passport to Perks was recognized with a Gold 2025 Travel Weekly Magellan Award in the Tour Operators: Marketing–Loyalty Program category, further affirming the program’s impact and innovation within the travel industry.

Since launch:

In addition, we’ve hosted two Annual Advisor Appreciation Trips, with a third already in the works for 2026.

Passport to Perks has quickly become more than a rewards program—it’s a growth engine for our Advisor community.

Why Passport to Perks Continues to Matter

Travel Advisors are the heart of what we do. Passport to Perks ensures that every completed booking with a January 2025 departure date onward contributes directly to your success.

Whether you choose:

Every booking works harder for you.

And the best part? There are no extra steps. Just book as usual and watch your rewards accumulate automatically in your dashboard.

Real Results. Real Growth. Real Rewards.

Passport to Perks isn’t just rewarding—it’s influencing real business decisions and driving measurable growth.

John Purcell of Susan Peavy Travel tripled his sales from 2024 to 2025. When asked what changed, he shared that the rewards program played a major role in consolidating his business with Europe Express.

“It’s really nice to get recognized and rewarded, and I’m striving for as much as I can earn so I can offset a trip to Greece with my wife!”

Katie Read of Legacy Travel has shared that Passport to Perks stands out compared to competing supplier programs—especially because Advisors can redeem rewards for cash, not just travel. After explaining this flexibility to a colleague who had shifted business elsewhere, that Advisor doubled her Europe Express leads from mid-September through December.

For many Advisors, the program provides both motivation and momentum. As Marjie Montalbano of KHM shared:

“I love that Europe Express truly gives back to advisors who are loyal partners, something many suppliers don’t offer. While we do have other suppliers we can work with, it’s refreshing to partner with a company that genuinely values and rewards us. I plan on using my rewards credit very soon!”

Over the past year, Advisors have used Passport to Perks to offset personal travel costs to Europe, reinvest cashback into their businesses, reward themselves after record sales years, and stay motivated to grow.

The program is doing exactly what it was designed to do—reward loyalty, inspire growth, and turn bookings into tangible benefits.

Why It Matters for Your Business

Passport to Perks isn’t just about perks. It’s about partnership.

It helps you:

When you grow, we grow.

Year Two: Building on Success

In its second year, Passport to Perks will focus on:

Our goal remains clear: to create one of the most meaningful and competitive rewards programs in European travel.
