Private Spanish Cuisine Cooking Workshop in Malaga
Set within exclusive private facilities on the sun-drenched outskirts of Málaga, this hands-on cooking workshop offers an intimate and deeply flavorful encounter with the authentic culinary traditions of Andalusia. With a dedicated chef at the helm, guests master three iconic dishes: a classic Spanish paella, a refined Málaga-style salchichón tartare, and a richly filled bread stuffed with local Málaga cheeses, a menu that celebrates Málaga's finest ingredients and centuries of gastronomic heritage. A welcome vermouth opens the session, with cold beer and soft drinks available throughout the cooking process. The workshop closes with a full sit-down lunch of the dishes the group has prepared, wine on the table and the traditional Málaga sweet dessert, Locas malagueñas, arriving with a glass of the region's celebrated sweet wine. Creative, convivial, and rooted in authentic local flavor, this private experience brings Andalusian culinary culture to life from the inside out.
