Grindelwald First and Bachalpsee deliver a thrilling day in the Bernese Alps, combining mountain adventure with some of Switzerland's most striking scenery. Over approximately 9 hours, guests travel from Interlaken to the picture-postcard village of Grindelwald before ascending by cable car to First, a dramatic summit known as the Top of Adventure. From this high-Alpine setting, sweeping views stretch across the Eiger and the surrounding peaks. At First, participants can choose from a selection of exhilarating activities, including the First Flyer zipline, the First Glider, or the dramatic Cliff Walk suspended against the mountainside. After time for lunch with panoramic views, the experience continues with an optional guided hike to Bachalpsee, a jewel-blue lake framed by the Wetterhorn, Schreckhorn, and Finsteraarhorn. The 5.9-kilometer trail passes through Alpine meadows, creating a memorable balance of excitement, scenery, and fresh mountain air.
