Shared Tour: Glen Affric, Culloden & Clava Cairns
This full-day tour begins with a drive to the Bronze Age burial site of Clava Cairns, whose stone circle is said to be the inspiration for Craigh na Dun in the Outlander series. Next on the tour is a visit to Culloden, the site of the battle that ended 60 years of Scottish uprisings. In Glen Affric, guests can spend time wandering through the pine forest and taking in views of Loch Affric and surrounding mountains. A stop at the ruins of 13th-century Beauly Priory and a drive along the shores of Loch Ness will conclude this scenic excursion.
