Shared Tour: Mykonos City and Island Morning Tour
This shared morning tour covers Mykonos in two distinct ways, moving from the narrow alleyways of the old town to the open roads of the island by coach. The walking portion winds through Chora, where a guide traces the story of the town's Cycladic architecture, the logic behind its whitewashed cubic houses, and the character it has maintained since becoming a destination in the 1960s. The route passes the iconic windmills and the waterfront neighborhood of Little Venice before the tour transitions to a coach for a broader sweep of the island. Along the way, guests take in working fishermen, traditional wooden boats known as kaikis, and small private chapels set among the hills. Ano Mera, the island's second-largest village located 6 kilometers from town, offers free time to explore the traditional square. The tour wraps up at Kalafatis Beach, where guests take a short break and enjoy sweeping views of Mykonos and the surrounding islands.
