Zurich's lakeside setting and historic streets take center stage on this city tour and cruise. Guests pass the National Museum and Bahnhofstrasse, then pause at Enge harbor for views across Lake Zurich. The route continues past the Opera House and the university quarter, home to the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and the University of Zurich. Stately residential streets lead toward the Zürichberg area, where the city, lake, and Alps come into view.
In the Old Town, a guided walk winds past guild houses and St. Peter's Church, known for its large clock face. Guests also see the Grossmünster and Fraumünster, where stained-glass windows by Marc Chagall bring color to the church. After the walk, guests make their way along the Limmat to Bürkliplatz. A one-hour cruise offers another view of Lake Zurich, its lakeside villas, and swimming areas, with audio stories about the city and surrounding mountains.
