Small Group: Basque Cuisine Cooking Class
Step into the heart of San Sebastián’s culinary scene with a hands-on cooking experience dedicated to traditional Basque cuisine. Set within a private kitchen in the Old Town, this immersive class offers an authentic introduction to one of Spain’s most celebrated gastronomic regions.
Guided by an expert chef, participants learn to prepare a selection of iconic dishes, such as tortilla de patata, bacalao al pil pil, txuleta, and the famous Basque cheesecake. Throughout the session, techniques and local culinary traditions are shared, offering insight into the ingredients and flavors that define Basque cooking.
Designed for all skill levels, the experience combines learning with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. After cooking, the group gathers to enjoy the dishes prepared, accompanied by regional wines, including txakoli or cider.
