Adventure seekers rejoice! Discover the magical beauty of the iconic lava tunnel Raufarholshellir via walkways from which lava flowed thousands of years ago. Guests can take in the stunning columns of light from the lava tube ceiling as they witness the array of colors caused by the various mineral types of the rock. Scenes from the blockbuster film Noah were shot in this fascinating cave, giving travelers a taste of movie magic on this tour.

Pick-up Time:
12:30pm (To be confirmed at the time of booking). Please note that pick-up time differs from the tour departure time. Your pick-up is always set 30 minutes earlier. Your bus could arrive anytime within that 30-minutes window. If your pick-up hasn't arrived in the first 20-25 minutes, please do not hesitate to call the service supplier listed above. Once you have reached the BSI Bus Terminal, you will be guided to the correct bus for your tour.
Departure time: 1pm from BSÍ Bus Terminal. Check in at this location is 15 minutes prior to tour departure time.

Transportation to/from your Reykjavik hotel or nearest bus stop, Bus Fare, 1 hour guided cave tour, flashlight, protective helmet.

Exclusions:
Lunch, beverages, gratuities, waterproof jacket or pants, headwear and gloves, hiking boots, anything not aforementioned.

Due to a new regulation passed by the local authorities in Reykjavik, vehicles operated by travel companies can no longer access certain parts of the city. If your hotel falls within this zone, you will be required to walk to/from your hotel to the designated pick-up/drop-off point – this should be no further than a 5 to 10 minute walk.

Remember to dress warmly and wear sturdy footwear. Water is known to leak from the ceiling when it rains and snows, so raincoats are recommended.
