This small group half day tour brings guests into the heart of that tradition on a structured winery experience divided into three distinct parts: a guided walk through the working vineyards, a tour of the winery itself, and a seated tasting of 3 wines paired with Iberian ham and Manchego cheese. An authorized English-speaking local guide accompanies the group throughout, providing cultural and winemaking context that elevates the tasting from a simple sampling into a genuinely educational and sensory encounter with Madrid's wine-producing heritage.
